Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy explained.
Card details will be taken upon booking any appointment.
No payment will be taken upon booking. You will pay as normal after your appointment in the Barbershop. However, payment will be taken for no shows and late cancellations.
Please note that the payment may be marked as pending in your bank account. However, upon arriving at your appointment, it will automatically be returned.
Last minute rescheduling is classed as a cancellation as this is just as detrimental to our business as cancellations.
When cancelling or rescheduling last minute, a slot has still been blocked out, and other people are unable to book into it.
At short notice, this can not be filled. When rescheduling at the last minute, you have essentially taken 2 slots at the cost of 1 time slot.
Cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment will be chargeable at the full service amount. So please make sure you can 100% make your appointment before booking, especially if you are booking within 24 hours before your appointment.
There are no exceptions to this policy.
